The Lip Sync feature enables you to add speech to your videos, automatically syncing the lip movements with the audio you upload. Whether you’re creating a character-driven video or enhancing a video of a person speaking, Lip Sync ensures the dialogue matches the movements perfectly.
Clear Audio: Use clear, well-recorded audio files for the best lip-syncing accuracy.
Visible Mouth Movements: Ensure the mouth is visible and expressive to enhance the realism of the lip sync.
Experiment: If the sync seems off, adjust the starting point of the audio or try a different video
Click the Add Video button to upload the video you want to apply lip sync to.
You can upload a pre-existing video or one you've generated within Boba.Video.
The video should contain visible lip movements for best results.
Click Add Audio and upload the audio file you want your video to lip-sync with.
The audio can be any file with spoken dialogue or sound, like a voiceover or recorded speech.
Ensure the audio length matches the video for accurate syncing.
In the Notes about the lip sync (optional) section, you can add specific instructions if needed.
Example: “Sync lips to speech starting at the 5-second mark,” or “Make sure the character’s lips move more dramatically for emphasis.”
These notes help guide the syncing process but are optional.
Once your video and audio are uploaded, click the Generate button to start the lip sync process.
Monitor progress in the Generation Feed, where you’ll see a progress bar and status updates.
Once complete, hover over the video in the timeline to preview the lip-sync result.
After generation, you’ll have several options:
Add to Library: Save the lip-synced video to your Asset Library.
Download: Export the video to your device for further use.
Delete: Remove the video from your timeline (with a confirmation prompt).
With Lip Sync, you can bring characters and subjects to life with realistic dialogue syncing—just upload your video, add the audio, and let Boba.Video do the rest!
